Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

How to Track

1. Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Long Shift Scrubs
2. Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number and enter it on the carrier's website
3. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your confirmation email for tracking information to become active

Shipping Timeframes

Standard delivery within the United States takes 7–14 business days from the date your order ships. Please keep this in mind before reaching out about a delayed package.

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't locate it, our support team can help you look up your order status.
