Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery within the United States takes 7–14 business days from the date your order ships. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders $50 and over. It applies automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. International shipping is something we hope to offer in the future.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible after an order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible at support@longshiftscrubs.com and we'll do our best to help.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active. Visit our Track My Order page for more details.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 90 days of purchase on items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached. Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Are returns free?
Yes, we offer free return shipping on all eligible U.S. orders.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes! We can exchange for the same style in a different size or color, subject to availability. To swap for a different style, please choose store credit and place a new order.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 6–8 business days for processing. You'll be notified by email once your refund or exchange is issued.

Sizing

How do your scrubs fit?
Our scrubs are designed with a form-fitting but comfortable cut. We recommend checking our size guide and measuring your bust, waist, and hips before ordering.

Are your scrubs true to size?
Yes, our sizing is standardized across all styles. The size chart reflects body measurements, not garment measurements. When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit.

Do you offer petite, tall, or plus sizes?
Please check our individual product pages for available size ranges. We're working to expand our size options.

Product Care

How do I care for my Long Shift scrubs?
We recommend machine washing in cold water and tumble drying on low. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to maintain fabric performance and color.

Will my scrubs shrink?
Our fabrics are pre-treated to minimize shrinkage. Following the care instructions will help your scrubs maintain their fit and finish.
