Before it ships
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 5pm CST or on weekends and public holidays are picked up the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Standard orders are delivered within 3–8 business days from shipment, and express orders within 3–6 business days.
Note: Custom and embroidered orders require additional production time before they ship — see the Custom Orders section below.

Below those amounts, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.
Every shipping rate you see already includes all applicable taxes and duties — there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
We ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Follow your order
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system after you receive the email.
If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, reach out to us and we'll look into it.
Personalized & embroidered
Custom and embroidered orders go through a production process before they ship. Please allow 5–7 business days for production, plus 7–14 business days for delivery once shipped.
Because each custom item is made to order, they are not eligible for return or exchange. Please double-check your personalization details before placing your order — we're happy to answer questions before you buy.
