Our Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on items in good condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached.

Return Window

You can return items within 90 days of purchase. Returns initiated outside this window will not be accepted.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags must be attached (if tags have been removed, the item must show no signs of wear or use)
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Personalized or embroidered items are final sale

Free Returns (U.S.)

We offer free return shipping on all eligible U.S. orders. A prepaid return label will be provided when you submit your request.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within the same style, subject to availability. If you'd like to swap for a different style entirely, please choose store credit and use it to place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 6–8 business days for processing. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been issued. Refunds are applied to your original payment method.

Return Review

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Long Shift Scrubs reserves the right to deny a return or refund if items do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above, including items that show signs of wear, damage, or returns initiated outside the 90-day window.
